I struggle guys. And I know you do too. We all do from time to time, and some more than others. And it's ok. Let's work on accepting and forgiving ourselves. This episode is all about that. I am sharing with you some of my inner landscape, and I am also partly doing a inner child technique that is potentially very emotional and very effective for coming to peace with yourself. 

For me - doing a inner child exercise like this, is often emotional, but the peace I feel shortly after is so precious and I can fall a sleep like a baby!
